White label SEO reporting: a stamp adding a logo to a client report with charts

Short answer

If your reports are mostly SEO, SE Ranking with the Agency Pack is the best value: $172.20/mo on annual billing for the SEO data, white-label reports and 30 client seats. If clients want SEO, ads and social in one place, AgencyAnalytics at $20 per client per month (billed annually) is the reporting layer to add. On a tight budget, Swydo starts at $62/mo billed annually, and Looker Studio is free.

Two kinds of white-label reporting

Before comparing prices, decide which kind you need. They solve different problems.

  • SEO suite with white label. The tool that collects rankings, audits and backlinks also brands the report. One bill, one login, SEO data only (plus GA4 and Search Console in most cases). SE Ranking and Semrush work this way.
  • Reporting layer. A dashboard tool that pulls data from many sources (Search Console, GA4, Google Ads, Meta, your SEO suite) into branded reports. It doesn't do SEO research itself. AgencyAnalytics, DashThis, Swydo, Whatagraph and Looker Studio work this way.

Most small agencies start with the first kind and add a layer once a client buys ads or social on top of SEO. For the wider tool stack, see our guide to SEO tools for agencies.

What 5, 10 and 20 clients cost

A price calculation from list prices, not a quote. We assumed one branded report per client and, for Swydo, two data sources per client (Search Console and GA4). Monthly equivalent at the billing period shown.

SE Ranking (annual)$172.20: Core + Agency Pack$172.20: Core + Agency Pack$292.20: Growth + Agency Pack

How we got there:

Bar chart of monthly cost at 20 clients: Swydo $197, DashThis $279, SE Ranking Growth plus Agency Pack $292.20, AgencyAnalytics $400, Semrush Pro reports $400
Price calculation for 20 clients from the table above. Not a quote
  • SE Ranking is the only row that includes the SEO data itself: rank tracking, audits and research. Core has 10 projects, so at 20 clients we priced Growth ($223.20/mo annually, 30 projects, 3 seats) plus the $69 Agency Pack. The Pack is sold on annual billing only.
  • AgencyAnalytics is $20 per client per month billed annually. Volume pricing starts at 25+ clients.
  • DashThis charges by dashboard. Professional ($139/mo billed yearly) covers 10, Business ($279/mo billed yearly) covers 25.
  • Swydo includes 10 data sources at $62/mo billed annually. Sources 11 to 100 cost $4.50 each per month, so 20 sources add $45 and 40 sources add $135.
  • Semrush charges $20/mo per Pro report, which is the tier with white label. That sits on top of a Semrush plan, from $139/mo ($117.33 billed annually).

The layers look cheap at 5 clients, but remember you still pay for an SEO tool to feed them. If you'd buy SE Ranking anyway, the Agency Pack is the cheapest way to brand the reports.

SE Ranking + Agency Pack: best value for SEO-only reports

Best for: freelancers and small agencies whose clients mostly buy SEO.

SE Ranking builds the report from its own data (rankings, audits, backlinks, AI visibility) plus GA4 and Search Console, then sends it under your brand.

On the SE Ranking pricing page, Core is $129/mo ($103.20 annually) with 10 projects and 2,000 daily tracked keywords. The Agency Pack adds $69/mo on annual plans only: white label for the platform and reports, unlimited scheduled reports with AI summaries, 30 client seats, a listing in the Agency Catalog and a Lead Generator widget. Our SE Ranking review covers every plan.

Pros

  • SEO data and white-label reports in one bill
  • 30 client seats so clients can log in to a branded platform
  • Unlimited scheduled reports with AI summaries
  • 14-day trial with no card

Cons

  • Agency Pack needs annual billing
  • Ads and social reporting are thinner than a dedicated layer
  • Core has one manager seat
#2

AgencyAnalytics: best for multi-channel client reports

Best for: agencies reporting on several channels for every client.

AgencyAnalytics pulls SEO, PPC, social and call data into branded dashboards and a client portal.

The AgencyAnalytics pricing page lists $20 per client per month, billed annually (it says that saves 20%). Each client gets unlimited data sources, reports, dashboards and staff accounts, 90+ integrations and a white-labeled client portal. Add-ons include a Rank Tracker at $41.67/mo per 500 keywords and an AI Tracker at $20.83/mo per 250 credits, both billed annually. There's a 14-day trial with no card and a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Pros

  • Pay per client, so a small roster pays little
  • Unlimited staff accounts and data sources
  • Client portal on every account

Cons

  • No keyword or backlink research of its own
  • $400/mo at 20 clients
  • The listed rate needs annual billing
#3

DashThis: best for simple dashboards with unlimited users

Best for: agencies that want quick dashboards and many logins.

DashThis keeps things simple: connect sources, pick a template, share a branded dashboard.

On the DashThis pricing page, plans are priced by dashboard. Individual is $54/mo ($44 billed yearly) for 3 dashboards and 15 sources. Professional is $164/mo ($139 billed yearly) for 10 dashboards. Business is $324/mo ($279 billed yearly) for 25. Standard is $499/mo ($429 billed yearly) for 50. Every plan includes unlimited users, white-labeled dashboards and a custom domain. There's a 14-day trial and a 30% discount for nonprofits.

Pros

  • Unlimited users on every plan
  • White label and custom domain included
  • Easy to set up

Cons

  • Price jumps between dashboard tiers
  • No SEO data of its own

Price: from $54/mo, or $44/mo billed yearly.

DashThis

Swydo: cheapest paid white-label reports

Best for: small agencies with simple reports and a tight budget.

Swydo prices by data source, not by client, which works well when each client has only Search Console and GA4.

The Swydo pricing page lists $69/mo, or $62/mo billed annually, including the first 10 data sources. Extra sources cost $4.50 each (11 to 100), $3.00 (101 to 500) and $2.00 (501+). Clients, users and reports are unlimited, white-labeling is included, and you can publish dashboards on your own domain. The trial runs 14 days with no card.

Pros

  • Lowest paid entry price here
  • Unlimited clients, users and reports
  • Full white label included

Cons

  • Cost grows with every connected source
  • No SEO research of its own

Price: from $62/mo billed annually, or $69/mo monthly.

Semrush My Reports: best if you already pay for Semrush

Best for: agencies already on Semrush for research and PPC.

Semrush sunset its Agency Growth Kit in 2026. White-label reporting now lives in My Reports, priced per report.

According to Semrush's help docs, a Base report is $10/mo per report with no white label. A Pro report is $20/mo per report and adds branding, white-labeling, theme customization, a custom domain, hourly scheduling and share links. The SEO plan itself is $139/mo ($117.33 billed annually). We compared the two suites in SE Ranking vs Semrush.

Pros

  • Pulls from Semrush tools plus 20+ external platforms
  • Custom domain on Pro reports
  • No extra login for your team

Cons

  • $20 per report adds up with many clients
  • Needs a Semrush plan underneath

Price: $20/mo per Pro report, on top of a Semrush plan.

Whatagraph: best for large agencies with data teams

Best for: agencies with dozens of clients and many channels.

Whatagraph is built for bigger agencies that blend many sources and want polished reports at scale.

The Whatagraph pricing page shows Max from $812/mo billed annually, with white-label reports. Prime is priced on request and adds a custom report domain.

Pros

  • Strong data blending across channels
  • White label on Max

Cons

  • The highest entry price here by far
  • Custom domain only on the custom-priced plan
#7

Looker Studio: free, if you build it yourself

Best for: freelancers who don't mind building templates.

Google's Looker Studio connects to Search Console, GA4 and Google Ads for free. You can add your logo, colours and layout and share reports by link or scheduled email.

Pros

  • Free
  • Native Google connectors

Cons

  • You build and maintain every template
  • Non-Google sources usually need paid connectors
  • No client portal

What to check before you pay for white label

  1. Ask what clients actually open. Many read the monthly email summary and never log in. Scheduled branded PDFs may be all you need.
  2. Count channels. SEO only? Use your suite's white label. SEO plus ads and social? Add a layer like AgencyAnalytics or DashThis.
  3. Work out cost per client. Per-client and per-report pricing is cheap for 5 clients and expensive for 20. Flat pricing works the other way.
  4. Check custom domain and email sender. Real white label hides the vendor in the report URL and the email "from" line. Semrush, DashThis and Swydo list a custom domain, and SE Ranking white-labels the platform; on Whatagraph a custom domain needs Prime.
  5. Check client logins. SE Ranking gives 30 client seats with the Agency Pack, AgencyAnalytics has a client portal, and DashThis allows unlimited users.

How we compared these tools

In November 2026 we opened each vendor's official pricing page or help docs and recorded prices, billing periods, scaling units, white-label features and trial terms. The 5, 10 and 20 client totals are our own price calculations from list prices, with the assumptions stated above.

We didn't build reports in every tool, so we don't rank them on report design. The order reflects cost and fit for small SEO agencies.

Frequently asked questions

What is white label SEO reporting?

It means sending clients SEO reports under your agency's brand: your logo, colours and often your own domain, with the software vendor's name removed. The data still comes from tools like Search Console, GA4 or an SEO suite.

What is the cheapest white label SEO reporting tool?

Looker Studio is free and lets you add your own logo and theme. Among paid tools, Swydo starts at $62/mo billed annually with 10 data sources, and AgencyAnalytics is $20 per client per month billed annually.

Does SE Ranking offer white label reports?

Yes, through the Agency Pack. It costs $69/mo on top of a plan, on annual billing only, and adds white label for the platform and reports, unlimited scheduled reports with AI summaries and 30 client seats.

Does Semrush have white label reports?

Yes. In My Reports a Pro report costs $20/mo per report and includes branding, white-labeling and a custom domain. Base reports at $10/mo per report don't include white label.

Do I need a separate reporting tool if I use an SEO suite?

Only if clients want SEO, ads and social in one report. For SEO-only reports, a suite's built-in white label is usually enough and cheaper.

The bottom line

For SEO-only clients, SE Ranking with the Agency Pack gives you the data and the branded reports for $172.20/mo on annual billing. Add AgencyAnalytics or DashThis when clients want every channel in one place. If money is tight, start with Swydo or a free Looker Studio template and upgrade when a client asks for a portal.
